Chicken is the thing here, and it is based on the same old family recipe Sue Tiblier has been using since her first Chicken Delight job. The chicken is fried to order, and that can take a while, sometimes 15 or 20 minutes. But the result is terrific, piping hot, juicy and coated in a lightly-seasoned skin. Like everything else here, it is inexpensive.
